"I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you and your staff for the superior customer service I have received since making your residential area my home. Almost immediately after signing the lease last year, I was diagnosed with cancer. With boxes still to unpack and an apartment to organize; I had to reevaluate how much I was going to be able to accomplish and if I needed assistance.
There were a few things that needed to be tended to in the apartment in the days preceding my surgery; I was having issues with the A/C unit, a sink was leaking, and the garbage disposal had broken. Seeing as my surgery would require four weeks of post-op recovery I wanted to ensure that everything would be taken care of beforehand.
